How much do you charge/would you charge for a workshop? A gym is trying to get me to do a workshop for compound movements (2-3 hours) and they seem to think I’ll just do it for my rate of personal training. There’s no way in hell Im doing that for $65 lmao.

I finally broke down and went back on HRT last week. I have been taking gabapentin for a nerve injury which I’ve learned helps hot flashes. I can’t tell a significant difference yet aside from maybe getting a little better sleep. I saw a new doctor (male) to get my prescription refilled and he seems to have a different philosophy than my last doctor (female). He wants me to be on HRT until 51, but after that he doesn’t recommend it. I hope by that age I’ll be off the gabapentin…

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. I make 150, with no debt (car, student loans, etc), graduated 2021, and want to ensure I can invest and live comfortably. The total payment/HOA difference between the two is $1250 and $550 per month.

I’m thinking the appreciation will be much better in the 180K condo, but I think the 85K condo will allow me to invest in more rentals.

While my company is transferring me to Canada and can potentially get me back on L1 visa, the shifting situation is stressing me out.
