But recently I completed my internship from Sutherland Global Services as Credit Research Analyst Intern for 6 months where I was working in Project of Portfolio Management of fixed income asset exposure. I mean I just cracked the interview to join KGS. And now again why do I need to attend interview? What happens if someone cannot crack client interview?will he not get project and will be asked to leave?

How do you deal with a challenger type of personality? I’m fairly new and I know the senior is trying to teach me the thought process. But she also makes me feel extremely small by the way she phrases her questions. I’m already stressed out not having everything figured out yet and this makes me feel super tense and down.

How do you deal with stub years who are exceptionally bad? I’m not talking about general cluelessness which is completely expected and understandable, but turning in work product riddled with incomprehensible, grammatically incorrect sentences that would fail middle school English. This is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. Would you just avoid in the future or raise this with a partner? I don’t even know how to talk to this person about this…
