How difficult is it to pivot out of healthcare? Applied to be a business analyst for current company (1.5 years in) but am more interested in different industries. Thoughts?

What are the pros and cons for working at your consulting firm? (salary, benefits, culture, growth opportunities, international projects , etc). Trying to figure out where I might want to go next.
