Anyone move from Accenture to Visa? I’m about to. I wasn’t in consulting at Accenture but I’m wondering how the cultures compare in general.

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

I am a Sales Support Engineer (Applications Engineer) with 2 YOE. I am thinking about making a change because my job is no longer challenging, and there isn’t much growth opportunity in my company. I love my team, but I feel like I may need to move on. I am at 70k a year and have been told time and time again that I have learned faster than anyone they have seen and am a top performer. Offered ctc: 25LPA
