How do you handle it as a teacher? Do you experience decision fatigue?

Decision fatigue is caused by being forced to make too many decisions over a fixed period of time.

Would you rather work 60 hrs a week to get £100k or prefer relaxing 40 hours for £70k? Relaxing means plenty of time for you to invest in you by learning new skills etc

Maybe some perspective might be of use to me. I’m transitioning out of the service and I’ve positioned myself decently to be competitive in the market. I’ve got two offers from great companies. Biotech and Healthcare, both on the Human Capital Team as an Employee Relations Consultant. I have a graduate degree pursuing a Doctorate, LSSBB, ScrumMaster, SPHR, and PMI-ACP certified. I know this is personal and dependent, but what should I be considering as a commensurate salary?

I have joined Capgemini in April 2021 and completed my 1 year at Capgemini as a fresher . My package is 3lpa and in the offer letter i was told that my package will be 4lpa effective from 1st July 2022. But the point of concern is that I am still in the bench period. Will it affect the offer given during the joining?
