I have an offer from TCS of 7.5 CTC. To retain, my organisation has promised to send me onsite(Poland) in a few months with 3 times my current CTC(3.35LPA).
Should I revoke my offer and stay or switch? I still have 1.5 months of my notice period left so I’m aiming to get more offers and increase package till 15LPA. I have 2.5 YOE.
