Been with Accenture for 8 months now. How would I know if I am being considered for end of year promotions?

My CC hasn’t brought it up, so should I raise it first, or is that unusual?

What is the usual time frame for a promotion from level 11 to level 10? I’ve been at Accenture and on the same project for a year now. Is it based on project budget?

Anyone familiar with CapTech? Currently at Accenture and have my final round with them soon, wondering if it’d be worth the switch for better work/life balance and no travel — plus a raise

Accepted an offer from BCG today after nearly 5 years with Accenture. Only just now received my first raise from Accenture this year for a whopping 5% and 4% bonus.

My Cc mislead me and I’m debating how to approach him. It’s my first year at Accenture and he claimed nobody during their first years gets a raise. Everyone else in my class got one. Any advice?

Being offered a promotion and $50+k more base salary to go to Accenture - thoughts?

WWYD? Move from Accenture to BCG for a 40% raise, but cost of living increases 50%+ due to relocation. I'm up for promo this year at Accenture too, which brings BCG's offer to a mere 15% more.

Further confirmation why Accenture Strategy sucks. Leadership just announced $4K “raise” for M and SM to “close gap” vs market pay. After lousy raise and bonus in Fall, this is a slap across the face!

I love that so many recruiters are going after Accenture folks. I was a bit depressed after not being given a raise or bonus. These new opportunities are awesome and are bringing a smile to my face.
