Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?
How do I pivot from a broker to any job in tech?

So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

You will never "ensure" admittance to any school. You can only increase your odds, as there is always possibility that you won't get accepted. Your profile reads really well right now in terms of hard stats.
In terms of extracurriculars, I would suggest doing something you're passionate about and could explain how you made an impact. Volunteering for volunteering's sake might not help much and can come across as inauthentic.
Also, there are plenty of people who don't have a lot of volunteering experience who get admitted into top schools. Maybe they were avid rock climbers or something that they showed immense dedication to.
Look for leadership positions both at work and outside of it (such as a volunteering organization). Begin crafting your admissions story early on- never to early to start thinking about essays and recs.
Your scores will make you competitive at any M7. But I can’t emphasize enough that you need a compelling personal narrative (essays, ECs, recs)
Btw - what is considered a leadership position?
Nobody is a complete shoe-in at HSW, but I think you have a good chance at Wharton and a very good chance at the rest. But like IBM1 stated, your essays/story/recommendations are equally as important as your hard stats. Showing interest in schools by visiting or having some other sort of interaction is also important so that the schools believe you have a good chance of matriculating if you get accepted.
Graduated from a top public engineering (GT, UC Berkeley) with a degree in CS. 3.45 GPA and a 760 GMAT (Q 50, V42)
What extra activities should I take to ensure acceptance at a top school?
How much of a chance do you give me right now if I’m able to execute on leadership positions and EC?
@OP assuming your ECs and personal narrative are on point I would say that you are on track to get accepted by one or more m7s
Forgot to mention I am an ORM.

Also thanks guys for the responses. Just so I can get a good understanding, what schools should I be targeting? What schools should be reached and what schools should be safeties?
Historically, the strongest programs for finance have been Wharton, Booth, Columbia, Sloan and Stern. But pretty much any top 10 program should provide the banking opportunity you want.
What schools are realistically achievable?
