Consulting Exit Opportunities

Anyone familiar with CapTech? Currently at Accenture and have my final round with them soon, wondering if it’d be worth the switch for better work/life balance and no travel — plus a raise

which office are you looking at? work/life balance is real. i’ve never known anyone to work consistently over 40 hours a week. Trade off is that some projects and roles aren’t that interesting or “consultative”. Many roles seem more like Staff Augmentation and less project based, especially at smaller offices

Capgemini? Look close at the model for bench, bench salary, staffing, benefits, culture, etc. before making a jump.

No, it’s called CapTech. Smaller firm (1,000+ people) with offices in Chicago, Charlotte, SF, Atlanta, and New York. Founded by ex-Accenture folks who wanted more of a work-life balance, so the culture there seems amazing at least
