Get the offer in writing as well before proceeding with any decision
No
Remember why you were leaving. If those were the only two reasons, then might be worth considering
I would still leave. U were going for a reason. The money will get old after a while if you were leaving for reasons other than pay. You will make it up down the road.
I would focus on the future. This is a good financial offer and you get a promotion out of it. As long as the opportunities are equal and you like the people, why wouldn’t you take it? Unless you want to go back to the other firm and say I got a counter offer, can you match it?
Agree with the above. Once you've decided to leave then go ahead. If you were worth the money and promotion then why hadn't they offered it to you before?
What everyone else said. Plus, enaxis is trash and lowballed you in the first place
What A3 said. If they offered it now, they could've offered it before. Don't stay somewhere that only values you when they're about to lose you.
What’s enaxis?
What A2 said.
