I have accepted an offer from ABC company and currently serving my notice with current Organization. Now I'm getting calls from consultancy for other roles and higher CTC with same ABC company where I have the offer already.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I was paid a retention bonus last year which I have to return - couple of questions: Will I get a corrected W2 ? If yes, how much time does it generally to generate a corrected W2? There is an opportunity in another office to build out their business in a large industry that I identified. The office has very little client base within the industry. The partners do not have experience in the industry and there are no senior managers or managing directors in that office. As a SM4, how do I go about asking to build out that business with the hope that it’ll build a strong case and accelerate my path to partner?
