Has anyone went from saas to benefit consulting? How was that transition? Was it worth it? I hear in benefits you get a book with recurring revenue.

Anyone here do HR for an organization with both union and non union employees? My organization is very small consisting of 8 union employees and 7 non union employees. We do not have an official handbook and I’ve been working with Paychex HR team to put one together. It’s a bit frustrating because I feel my rep doesn’t know too much about mixed environments. I am trying to distribute a memo with the code of conduct policies. I wrote up a nice policy and at the end I wrote: (rest in comments)

Took 2 years off and built a health & wellness coaching platform for my wife (medical provider). Then, the last 2.5 yrs, have been a top producer in Saas sales as a senior account executive. I started a few new business ( with debt) this year, and because the way my taxes looked with other losses it looks like I didn't make a ton of money. Now my credit dropped from 800 to 720 and I'm having trouble getting credit. Despite having a perfect payment history and fully able to cover all liabilities. Any way to get the credit up. If I pay off my liabilities then my credit history gets shot with young accounts. What's the best way to handle this?

What would be a competitive earning for a Director of Sales at a SaaS company in Israel?

I’m in my 4th year at a small plaintiffs’ firm. Past two years I’ve received meager raises (5k) and terrible bonuses (3k). My boss prides himself on allowing me to gain experience so I have more courtroom experience than most attorneys with twice the experience. As I’ve applied for other firms, I’ve been denied interviews based on how my boss is perceived in the community. I’ve gathered professional references from opposing attorneys and other attorneys we work with but still can’t land. Help

Can provide more details if needed, but if an employee is constantly coughing at work (small retail establishment), is it okay to ask them for a doctor's note stating they aren't contagious? They're claiming it's due to allergies, but I've gotten several confidential concerns from employees and customers alike due to the current enviornment.

So I was a 5th year associate in nyc making 100 k a year 2k billable hours.. I decided to leave for the role Im in now.. my old countered to keep me at 115k (which was like pulling teeth for them) but I left anyways now I find out that they offered a 7th year 150 k and a partner title should I be offended that they didn’t even try more with me

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. Worst and best consulting companies to work in for Real Estate?

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

I also have a bunch of men starting at me all day on too of the noise triggering my migraines. What can I do?

Coronavirus and health: has your alcohol consumption gone up during the pandemic? This pandemic had encouraged me to quit for good now.
