Hi everyone, Looking for a M&A HR checklist that includes due diligence through integration. I have one but would like to see what else is out there and compare. Happy to share my email directly.

Anyone here work at PwC in North America? Curious about the work culture and if there's anything to watch out for
Looking for feedback on Paylocity and UKG payroll HRIS. We have 250 employees and rapidly growing company.
I’m mid-level in my HR career at my current company and an upcoming Master’s graduate. Studying for my SHRM-CP too. How did you make the transition to that next level? What skills do you need, or is it really just based on YOE (I am the youngest compared to my teammates, many who have 10+ YOE)? I feel like career pathing is not very clear at my company. Each time I ask for guidance on this from my manager, I get told they’ll look into it.... would love some external mentorship and thoughts 🙏🏼
Hello please can I find Victoria’s boot camp I keep hearing about this being great to study for shrm exam but I can’t find it anywhere thank you
To those who have several years of experience ion TA: Do you think staying in the campus recruiting space limits you? Should one try to get exposure to other HR areas for the long run?
First time founder - would you recommend square, stripe or something else for purchases between $150-$10k or what alternatively?
Workday HELP! I need an amazing consultant or contact who can help us fix our workday woes. I’m not in charge of workday but I’m determined to fix it. We have massive issues with the complexity and ever changing security/permissions/workflows implemented by our system analysts. Every couple of months it changes and we all have to relearn simple tasks again. The analysts try to blame the users but I know it’s more than that.
Any female MM/ENT AEs with SaaS or Fintech experience looking to make a move? Series D company positioned to IPO in 2 years. Would be wild if this works lol
Looking for ideas on how other companies are celebrating and recognizing diversity holidays like LGBT pride month Juneteenth black history month women’s history month etc.Not just days off
Are you or have you been the sole HR person at the company? What are the pros & cons? I haven’t been, but a recruiter reached out with an opportunity to be one. They currently use the parent company’s HR but are buying themselves out to be a stand alone firm. TIA!
You’re constantly showing up for everyone else, but who’s showing up for you? I started an initiative to coach HR/people leaders because I know what it’s like to be doing all the things for everyone else with little support or focus on your own well-being, growth and development. It’s a lonely game! I’d be delighted to create the space to make you a priority. Would love to offer a free session, or simply connect: https://www.chrisrollins.me/peopleleaders.
How long does it take to get over ptsd from being in a toxic micromanaging environment? I was a top biller and top manager at a large staffing company for five years and was treated like a child. The place was crazy. Six months into my new role I’m still scared to request PTO or afraid that my boss would be mad if she found that I took an afternoon break to walk my dog.
I am struggling with the fact that I have 13 years of HR experience in one capacity or another, along with a bachelors degree and my PHR designation yet companies say “I’m not qualified or they ghost me when I apply for HR openings. I am experienced in all aspects of HR. How are people with little to no experience coming right out of college obtaining higher level roles than I have currently? It makes my passion for the field just go away.
If you are feeling sick or something during the day and WFH, do you feel comfortable napping it off and then getting back to work and working late if needed? I have friends that say this is totally normal and okay but I feel weird about it and can never actually rest to feel better if I do lay down
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
Offer to work as a director of strategic initiatives for an early stage physician practice org owned by a PE firm. Any tips for comp negotiation including bonus/equity? New to the PE space so help is appreciated. 8 YOE in consulting.

Biggest non sequitur from first work flight since pandemic: Airport announcement: “Due to increased TSA — Transportation Security Administration — requirements, only ticketed passengers are allowed past the security checkpoint.” This feels very 20 years ago. Seems like there’s more pertinent information from the last year to fill this air time!
Been speaking to a girl in the UK for a few years. Both have really clicked, are best friends who love each other, not madly in love, though she'd move to the US in a couple of years. I know in my heart she'll always miss her large family, her mother, and especially helping her parents with her handicapped brother. Are we both better off finding someone locally? Will she resent me when times are tough, when only my parents have access to our kids, or only visiting family for 3 wks/yr?
Folks who live in areas where night temperate is over 55 degrees, how do you sleep comfortably? I am used to natural air and room temperate to be around 65 degrees at night without A/C. If I move to a hot area, how do I get used to it?
I'm throwing a party for my best friend. Can anyone recommend the best Hilton hotel in Chicago? Looking to get two nice rooms.

Had an idea yesterday so I made a quick site. Was thinking of maybe curating great playlists, adding other things to take the edge of WFH off. Any other suggestions? https://www.thanksforstayinghome.com/
Is coming to the office/client site with slightly damp hair (completely dry 45 min in) unprofessional?
One of my friends of ~3 mths is into me. I’m into him too. But, he has a child with special needs and what our friends tell me is a vindictive ex spouse. I’m never married no kids and my life is smoooooth. I’m wondering if this is too much baggage for me from the get go?

Does anyone have any creative suggestions for providing role clarity within teams. We work diligently to maintain job descriptions and communicate team changes broadly, but our employees are still craving some sort of additional reference point of how positions interact with one another. We have Sharepoint and we’re thinking of putting more job info there next to peoples names and titles. Look forward to suggestions!
What’s the most advantageous way to pay for engagement ring? I’ve got the cash saved but was curious if paying with a credit card for points plays. Also have ESPP cash I was considering. Any advice?
