"People just want it to work" is a thing clients have said about the product the company I work for makes. It's true. And it's all over. I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly. And my wife has 28 Lac gold(wedding gift) + 80 Lac(ancestral) Land.
We have a child, his current age is 2 years+
Currently our monthly expenses are around 22k(max), and my CCTC is 15 LPA+ with 8+ YOE.
My age is 29! I don't feel like working anymore.

I am working for a client in infosys and the project is in initial stage and the go live is somewhere in January.

Now the thing is this project has lot of toxic people from client team and they play blame games on daily basis.

I am working as a team lead here and want to get deallocated from this project.

Please help me with right approach and save my soul.

13 LPA fixed for Package Specialist. Is it good for a 3.2 years exp candidate? How much can we expect in hand?

I went through a few interviews with the Deloitte Cybersecurity for a manager role. I've been in more senior roles at competing firms. Initially I said no thanks, but after the 4th call they made an initial offer at the top pay of the manager salary range and sent me a link to the application form. It's a 20% pay bump for me. So the question is should I take a demotion for 20% pay bump? Or counter with a lateral move? Is it even possible to negotiate a higher level after interviews are done?

Can we do a quick round robin of salaries for folks in the Seattle area? Currently making $146K at Starbucks. 32 yo woman. Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.
