150 if you’re in a specialty area... else, maybe 100?
Depends on if you’re an experienced hire, lateral hire, etc... the 150 if you’re experienced with grad degrees
80k for senior. No way
Bonus will be peanuts, raise will be 7-15%
You won’t get 150k if you come in at Senior 1. The top band for seniors is 150k. I would say 110-120 for Senior 1
I'm 90 as senior 1, nonmba grew in the firm;(
S3 for EY QAS offered max 135k when I last interviewed, so work backwards from there for S1
I was told 80 was already the highest in my peer group 😒🤦🏼♀️
@acn what's the QAS line? I'm in FIDS
For FIDS in Dallas it's sub $80k for senior 1. Most managers start around $90k+ don't expect any bonus, it's usually 1-3%. Raises are between 8-12% depending on rating and year and where you are on the pay band.
I’m at 78 for staff 2 in risk advisory
I left two years ago as a Senior 2 making $76k. I assume experience hires start a little higher and make smaller raises.
Consultant1 no I’m not a senior, came in as experienced hire with 1.5 years experience and cpa in staff/associate role
81k. Grew in the firm. Senior 1. Houston. National advisory. Cyber. Not sure if that's good or bad though. 😩
Will be in FIDS, lateral move, no special degrees or anything. That's very high for a top band, what's the low band 😳
Was offered 105 for senior 1 qas
Quant adv services
Ey4- as senior?!
