Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

Having worked at both and now a partner at KPMG, I wish I could have transitioned sooner. Culture here is a thousand times better
Have loved my switch to KPMG every day since leaving EY
When from KPMG to Deloitte and now I got an offer back at KPMG, I don’t know why I left! Culture is so much chill and better. Deloitte is so greedy and all the partners want are slaves and the raises are so bad. #ByeGreenDot (Green is for the money you won’t be getting unless you are a partner)
Culture in every market/city is different. If you know someone at The KPMG practice you want to go to, and they can honestly tell you why they enjoy it, then go for it. If your looking to change groups because you can’t get an internal transfer, go for it. If you change because the new group has a better market share, then go for it. Don’t go for salary because it’ll be realigned unless your changing practices (e.g. audit to fdd). The other matter to consider is that you’ll lose your reputation and have to start back from zero. I switched from DT to EY and it took about a year to build up political capital and have a similar reputation as DT. The other marginal differences (software, policies, benefits) are generally not worth making the switch over as they’re so similar amongst B4.
Don’t leave for the bump. It’s generally temporary and you will get adjusted the following year. Leave because there are good opportunities or to leave a toxic situation
Left PwC for KPMG and the culture is much better at KPMG. Work life balance is a real thing here.
That’s true EY4. In my case I was in audit and now at KPMG in advisory. I loved Audit but I love FDD more at KPMG
