“Litigators fight over their clients’ money and wealth. Transactional attorneys help create their clients’ money and wealth.” Yes? No? Maybe so?
Is year-end an especially busy season for anyone? My accountant friends are losing it. I've always been on the litigation side so curious about the cadence on the transactional side.
Partner: "Are you good at PowerPoint?" Me: "I Excel at it." Partner: "Was that a MS Office joke?" Me: "Word".

I’ve been at a new firm for a couple of months and feel incompetent half the time when I’m explaining something to my new boss. I’m a third year and am usually confident in my abilities, but I feel like a first year again and I’m unsure if it’s the new more specialized practice area, being uncomfortable in a firm where I’m the new kid, or if I’ve regressed practically. Someone tell me the discomfort of being new wears off semi-quickly.

Getting sick of selling the market, watching it go my way, and then roaring back. So, I went back to revisit the daily. Could we be trading an extension long? Is that the reason why this market is going up? In Mid-June, we sold off to 2394 in ES. We can back for a 2nd test in early July but, rallied and we have rallied ever since. 3375 is the objective, 125 points away, and right at old highs. Do we have to goto old highs before a sell off? Maybe? Buy the 21 (yellow) and 51
