How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? We started out as coworkers, became decent friends after a few good moments, but went back to simply coworkers after they flubbed a few projects and I had to step in to clean up. I'm non-confrontational but year-end reviews are right around the corner and I'm worried about having to act professional to someone who I got too close with and who now hates me.

At a tech company with less than 50 people and $6 M Revenue. Our current maternity and paternity leave policy is not good for attracting talent. 12 weeks for mom only 4 weeks paid and no time off for dads. 2) Quantiphi - Senior Big Data Engineer - 21LPA(19+1+1)

I am looking for learning and growth! Which is a better opportunity to join and place to work at!

Currently biased towards Quantiphi!

Not only did OC show up to mediation with zero intent to settle, ending the mediation before it even started, but they also ate our lunch (two lunches each)! This to me summaries my feelings toward mediation, and why I’m generally avoiding it moving forward.
