How do you review resumes in a way that reduces implicit bias? I just finished reading the book, "Biased," which discusses the implicit biases we all hold. Our company has not invested in an ATS software, and we’re looking to create a scoring rubric / database in excel based on the job description and candidates. Will Workday be more or less relevant to you in a few years? My org is looking at adopting Workday for HR and some FP&A purposes. I have seven years' experience in executive search (based in APAC but have worked on global roles) and want to leave the industry for either an in-house talent role or a consulting firm. I haven't had much luck when I've applied for internal roles in the past. Do I have any chance at getting an in-house talent acquisition role, or is an executive search skill set just regarded as too weird/not the right fit for internal talent teams?
