Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

I joined an agency about 2 months ago and every single day I get more responsibilities, to the point that I don't even know what my actual job title is. I'm frustrated, to say the least.

Even if you do get followers on TikTok, they don't have much money to spend on your product or service—and they're likely not going to stick around long enough to do so anyway.

Which is better long term. A job at a Big agency with big clients VS. A job at a smaller shop but higher pay and title with more responsibility.

I'd like to think I'm prime for a promotion, but my agency is not promoting people right now. BUT...I know if I left they'd be absolutely screwed. Can I ask for a promotion by threatening to leave?

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? Hi Folks,
I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
Now half of the people I asked saying I won't get salary for August as well and half saying i will get salary for August. Can anyone confirm on this?
