IBM wants to retain me, manager told me told withdrawal the paper. But still didn't get the revised offer/promotion letter? So before withdrawal will not get yhe letter from ibm?

How is the appraisal cycle and promotion policy in IBM and how much will it take to be promoted next level if you join IBM as an experienced at 6B level?

Does Accenture do yearly raises or bonuses? Currently at IBM and there aren’t really any significant increases or bonuses outside of promotion years. Accenture advisory i am guessing (tech delivery).
