Got an offer of 12 LPA back in March. Manager told me that IBM wants to retain me with a promotion + a retention bonus. I stayed. Got my retention bonus but for the promotion, they said that the tool will open in July. Manager asked me for all my certificates, recommendations and appreciation mails few days back.

Today, I've got another offer of 12 LPA and I am still waiting for my promotion. Not sure if it will happen in September or October.

Should I take the offer or wait for the promotion?
