Happy Saturday fellow ND’s! I’ve been really enjoying the increase in Autistic (and other NeuroDivergent and disabled) people on LinkedIn!
I always thought I would have to hide away large parts of my identity for fear of how it would be viewed in a ‘professional’ environment. We are making huge strides towards this not being true anymore.
I thought I’d post a few people who have been open on LinkedIn and are great to follow, feel free to post others below:

I am bca graduate with 7 yr exp
Infosys, accentureand now telus.
I have gone through many interviews and no one asked about BCA, Btech just your expertise in technology will land you a good offer.
Earning the same what btech guys earn
Better learn new things either related to your technology or whatever you like to.
Many of my BCA mates are onsite
But why many says for bsc(Cs) and bca, for these degrees many doors closed in Indian it industry as compared to btech?
After a few years, your degree rarely matters in the Indian it industry. No one cares where you studied, what you studied.
Do you have plans of migrating? Many places a PG increases your score by a good amount so it makes a big difference.
It makes a difference even though you are qualified for the technology still your CV won't get shortlisted just because they want someone who is holding BE or B tech degree and not bsc or bca.
It's a matter of degree. You can do it as a part time MCA. I have seen people doing this.
Only few cases companies mentioned in JD to required BE/MCA
