This is highly toxic. Shud be dealt within the org. Not on public forum though. Op you posted that you are going to linkedin after your lwd. Few suggested the same. My 2 cents is dont. Its gonna take you to a place you dont want to be. Even in this screenshot it shows jobs, scripts and few details even if it is edited. Can cause you legal trouble if it goes to a public forum. Dont bring your name down trying to change someone who won’t. You can maybe tell your hr this is one such behaviour for your resignation. And if you want more justice forward it to your internal grievance team who deals with those behaviour. Your name gaining attention to these kinda post from your current org will gain same attention in your next org possibly during your background check itself. Again i say this only for your well being and in no way saying that your lead is fair here.
The nda was a joke. But did you know? Any email you receive on the company/client mail server is an intellectual property of the company/client. Even if you blur the sender or subject, you should know that the company can track the mail from the sender and produce it to the court IF there is a case.
Also i meant this in a way that - since you are already leaving you can just let the lead’s fate decided by the company dont bring it to the public forum and make the company do some corporate sh*t , backfiring on you.
And i cannot overstate this. I am not saying the lead is playing a good role here. He is the worst. I gave a solution to the problem in hand. I’m no where related to wipro except for the smart bulb i use in my home.

These are learnings, I would suggest you not to go in negativity a lot, afterall what you did is slap on ur team lead face by putting down papers😊. I am not sure from where these kind of leaders are coming but all leads and stack holders should realise that the amount of work and trust you can earn from your reporte is much more if you are polite and mature. And if that person is not performing well ( of course if u have valid reasons ) there are certain process in org to help that person, which will indeed help both indiv and org.

Bhai don't entertain their emails. Resignation ke time par to bande ko faad deni chaiye management ki. Maine apni last company mai leni deni kar di thi HR, Manager sab ki. Rone lage the wo log. Dimag laga proof rakh har cheez ka aur maze le , don't get emotional.
i had joined wipro on dec, and within 7 month put down my resignation,am glad tomorrow is lwd...i have never seen such unethical environment and unprofessional folks on other organisations

On last working day..include these all things in lwd mail..keep people in bcc..keep hr,directors,managers,md all in bcc

Simply Frustrated , Never bother about such seniors , Get your last working day completed and leave with a smile , Ignore all Negativity if you are a peace loving person .
In case you want to enjoy some action take this with HR and escalate , I hope your so called leads see this post and feel ashamed .

Infosys 2, I joined Wipro 3 months back. What will I get in my F&F and also i have not learned anything from that organization. So i don't need that kind of F&F and experience letter.

I’m not sure about the background but if you’ve sent an email discussing resignation & they’ve replied this “Spoonfeeding” thing, this comes under harassment. You can escalate this but people will not take your side as you’re leaving. They’ll always save their own.
Generally all of us has done compliance trainings & there’s one part which explains how such behaviour are harassment & can be raised with HR.
Also, take a proper snapshot, it will come in handy in future. You’ll thank me later. 😉

These kind of immoral miserable people are available in bulk in all service based organisations and completely making it difficult to work for the ones who report to these egoist creatures.
Today i faced one more thing during the standup meeting with team & manger.. as my manager asked me to work on other projects. So i told him like 20 days are left for my exit. So i am not making any dependency on me because it will affect my exit. So he was saying you can't sit on nothing for 20 days. So I remind him as I am working on KT work and trying to handover my stuff to Someone in the team. Then he said "what the hell. You will work on other projects. You need to manage all these things. We want results from your end" during the standup meeting. Is It a professional way of talking to someone in a meeting. I was feeling ashamed in front of my team. Suffering from a very bad time. Don't join a workspace like mine. #needPeace
@op, i am no where related to your org so i don’t know how the complaints system works. But you should have gone through some training when you joined your org and there will be a section against harassment for sure. You can see who is in charge or if there is a portal for lodging a complaint. You can start the issue within your 20 days and let those 2 be your witness. If the hr asks, ask them to continue the issue with those 2 people.
While your lead harassing you people is wrong, you 3 letting him harassing you guys is also wrong. You should not just tolerate that. You are getting your salary to do your work, not to take these kinda actions/words from your higher management.
