Hi Mindtree Minds, I have an offer from Mindtree
CTC= 22LPA
Years of Experience:6.8
Tech: React Js
Current CTC:15.5 ( Fixed) + 10% bonus
Today is the last day to accept the offer, I am not sure whether I should accept the offer, as My appraisal in current organization is due, results will be out in this month, so I am assuming my ctc here will be around 19 LPA
So will it be a right move to move on?
Thoughts on the comp adjustment announcement?
My yoe is 1.5 years. Tech stack is NodeJs, Aws, PostgreSQL. I am currently negotiating with Verizon. They are ready to offer 9.35 LPA with base salary as 8.5 LPA. Is this a good offer or should I negotiate a bit more. My current CTC is 3 LPA though. It's a bit tough negotiating with my current CTC. Any advices??
Thanks.

Hey guys,
Has anyone offer of EXL Service, they have something practice premium (pp) in their CTC part.
Suppose if total fixed CTC is x then pp is almost 0.25x, 0.75x is rest your base CTC, pf and gratuity all deduction will happen from 0.75x. but the main con of this pp is your next cycle appraisal will happen on 0.75x. This is something I haven't seen with any other companies. Can anyone tell here if knows and understands it better, what are other benefits and cons are there with this CTC str
You should never compare your salary after getting a hike, You'll always get few folks getting more than you which might not let you enjoy your progress,
Rule of thumb is do as much research as possible, before your hike discussion, fight as much as possible during discussion, but once don't either accept it or if not satisfied try to look for a place that can satisfy you.
In any case I repeat, Never compare you salary with anybody else.
BTW, congratulations🎉 for 44% hike.
YoE*3 is very much justified. Plus stable job and wlb of IBM. Very nice I would say.
Yes, work life balance and stability wise IBM is best.
Yoe x 3, yes it is justified
if there is no switch then yes it's not a bad package. But the technology and the kind of working you do also matters.

@IBM It's a great package i think considering this is your first company. Can you please give some info regarding how much hike do generally people get after getting promoted from 6B to 7A except your case. Do they generally get this much hike like yours?
I'm not aware about others, you can ask a question in one of the IBM bowls.
This is standard per the current market floaters. Good job!
Those who say YoE*3 rule justifies it have no idea what the market offers when you have skillset, experience and a decent educational background.
Plus the OP hasn't switched yet. So staying in a firm from the start and keeping up with market standard is commendable.
