Hello Are they any other HR licenses that are as valuable as the SHRM and HRCI ?

What are some important keywords to add to my resume to land me an interview as a SDR? No experience in SaaS but I have 5+ years of sales experience.

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I am now actively looking but how do I explain to other employers why I am actively looking and what do I put on my resume? I have never had to deal with this before.

Hello! Will be receiving a $400 stipend from my new org for office setup. I currently have a 15” 2015 Pro, my husband has a Lenovo, I’ll be provided with a work laptop, we have a used office desk.

Any recommendations on what I should use the stipend for? Hubby was suggesting a printer because we don’t currently have one, but I feel like I don’t really print that much anymore and I’ll be working remotely.

I am currently waiting for the job offer for a consulting firm but I was told it could take several months. Between now and then, I have plenty of time for myself. What should I be doing to prepare myself for the new job? Any recommendations for newsletter/industry reports/books/ coursea courses? Thank you all!

I've been working at this company for about 3.5 weeks now. Its been great so far.

We have an org chart in our dashboard ATS/HRIS and so I clicked on my first day buddies name just for fun.

I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?

Hi, I’m currently working as a recruiter in the light industrial and I’m really sick of the non stop calls, interviews and just the nature of this profile. Has anyone gotten funding for their startup from an angel investor? A friend from grad school submitted a patent but needs funding for the patent fees, then a clinical trial. (Not looking to sell to big pharma company. Also, the therapy itself cannot be patented, but my friend has the patent for the technology that produces it.)
