Is your organization planning to require employees be vaccinated? I understand why management wants this but concerned about losing good employees because they don’t believe in vaccination or are wanting to wait until more people have been vaccinated to see if there are issues with it. I’m also concerned with moral if we require this. Employees may get it to keep there job but hold on to some bitterness or develop anxiety over it. Am I being too soft or over analyzing?

How long do you typically allow for self assessments and manager assessments for year-end? This year we gave employees a week and managers 3 weeks (holidays not included), but they still said it wasn’t long enough even though most waited until the very last day to complete them.

Can anyone recommend a certificate or course that is actually useful for developing professionals and/or reviewing performance? I often find myself in creative conversations about whether we should be showing groups of people, stores open for business, etc in our social posts. I personally don’t think it’s insensitive and I believe most people don’t associate creative with COVID all too much anymore, what do you all think?
