Hi everyone, I work for large startup (300 employees) and I have been asked to develop a Progressive HR manual template. Some examples include gender neutral restrooms, lactation rooms, signing off emails with pronouns, and etc. Any tips/links for resources to help would be appreciated.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Thoughts in general?

I recently cleared all rounds at jpmc and had a discussion with hr about my package. HR said she will release the offer in 2 weeks but my status on the job portal says as position no longer considered. When I asked she said it’s due to system issue and she will update regarding the status of my offer letter. But I feel something’s wrong. Now I gave the interview for a different position in same firm and got selected. The 2nd one seems kind of interesting and match my profile. What to do now?🥲

Folks, investing newbie here. Planning on using the Bogleheads recommended 3 fund portfolio. Opened a tIRA with Fidelity and have been reading about their 4 fund portfolio which is in line with Bogleheads.
