Anyone in Core having issues working with Mule?
It seems like they always go solo and really don't want to be part of Salesforce, hence they often happily state "we are not Salesforce, we are Mulesoft". Would also like to have Mule folks view on this.
I have been requested to specifically develop of satisfaction survey directly related to management/supervisors and how they are perceived by the company. This would not only be new, but completely outside of the timeline we typically use for our surveys. Although I am excited to build it, it also feels odd that I am creating a survey targeted towards finding weaknesses of leadership. Am I thinking too much into it? What are your thoughts?
Oh no! I missed Human Resource Professional Day yesterday! Of, course our day just has to fall on a Monday! Anyway, Happy Belated Human Resource Professional Day to all of you amazing and hardworking HR pros out there
I’m in search of a company, with kick‐ass leaders, who are 'actually' impacting lives and building better futures. This company is excited about how I blow up traditional learning and engagement by helping employees matter, reimagining engagement and making better humans.

Thoughts on the HCI CEP Certification? Is it a worthwhile certification in terms of being applicable in the work place?
I recently took a new role (going on 4 months) and I’m struggling to feel connected. I’m an HR team of 2 and my VP and I get along but I’m missing the team environment. I loved my prior company and team and want to go back. I’m worried if I reach out how this will be received. 😬
It feels weird posting a LinkedIn post in FishBowl, but I found this post from Jamal very insightful. I would have just copied the text, but I want to give him credit.
Great advice from Jay Sherry
An agency turned me down because I only have 7 campaigns in my portfolio and they require "at least 15". This seems like some BS.
I’d appreciate book recommendations that would help someone in a technical delivery role improve their soft skills to aid with business development.
Crossposted from Consulting. Someone recommended How to Win Friends and Influence People and I’m almost done with that.

I am a US citizen but parents are on visitor visa and currently in the US. Parents are Indian citizens. Any one here had experience taking their parents or family members on visitor visas on a cruise to Mexico. What paper works is required? Do they get another visa stamp when they re-enter US? Does Mexico require visa for entry at the Mexican ports. Cruise starts from LA.
Thanks for your response in advance.
Ugh I have to have a conversation with our au pair about her relationship with our son. She obviously doesn’t know how to handle toddlers & what she is doing doesn’t work. Worried she is going to take offense when we basically tell her she is the issue. Yes, he is difficult & treating you poorly but that’s because he is a toddler and as the adult we have to be the ones to guide them & keep the positive vibe and energy in the household. Where she ignores him/ doesn’t change her attitude, etc UGH
Has Wunderman Thompson changed with Taras joining as CCO? I hear he's a great creative leader.

“If you are having a bad day, try to help or do something little for another. It will uplift you.” I heard this from a women panel yesterday and couldn’t agree more. Sharing it with all you ladies.
If my name is Ayush Kumar, should Ayush Kumar come in given name with surname as empty or Kumar should come separately in surname in Passport?
Are you happy with your engineering field? Is there something you wish you knew that would have made you choose a different path?
Humanitarian stuff and personal feelings aside, I hypothesize that aid to Ukraine is an spectacular investment from a US policy perspective. Yes, there are short run costs at the pump and clear budget hits in the short term, but I suspect that the prospect of divvying up Russia's annual $100B energy revenue in Europe will do far far more than pay for itself. Plus there's Europe picking up some military budget slack in the years to come. Your takes, armchair economists who've done the homework?
For an interview for a non-tech role at a tech company, what do you typically do/say that helps you stand out against your peers?
