For those of you required to be in office- do people use the phone and email to contact you or do they still come by in person? People in my office seem not to understand how the phone works...

One of my friends asked me if there was anyone at my company who was looking for new work. I know that there is, but isn't that a huge conflict of interest to share that information?

Hi Fishes, I need your help. I am in negotiation phase with an MBB firm. I am happy in my current firm in terms of work but I am quite underpaid (13L) given my experience of 6 years(Non MBA). This is after a raise and promotion in October. Will it be ethical to produce my offer in front of my current firm and ask for match if they offer me one or it's best to walk away?

Hi, I have an MBA degree and started my career in the restructuring space . This is not out of choice but it being the best offer I had available in terms of brand and pay. Can someone pls tell me what's wrong with the HR these days. At the time of interview they agree to your expecting compensation and after you clear the interview and submit all the documents, they give wierd reasons for negotiations and stresses you out.
Like what is wrong with them, so illogical reasons to negotiate with your compensation.

I’ve been doing ID for about 2 years now. Mostly slip and fall and WC work. Long-term, I want to move out of ID. I’m currently interviewing at a firm that does ID, but mostly does insurance coverage opinions. They also do some more complex ID, such as L&E.

With the ultimate goal of moving completely out of ID, would this be seen as a step up? I appreciate any and all feedback. TIA

Hi everyone, I have a quick question that’s kind of silly. I work at a pretty small company leading marketing. My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better. I know titles don’t really matter, but I’m battling a little bit of imposter syndrome.
