How to work in AI product management at one of the big names?
I am a highly technical PM with 20 years of experience, 8 specifically managing AI, and a PHD,
I want to work at one of the big names.
I took a certificate in AI PM from coursera (Duke univeristy).
I am currently working in a startup in the contech space that uses AI, but on a smaller scale.
I am concerned that my startup might fold and have been looking for positions in big companies with no success.
Any advice will be appreciated.

There’s lots of people who have good experience and want in at the big names. Many of the best jobs get filled without actually being listed. You need to be top of mind before the job gets posted in a market like this.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.
