How does underwriting compare to PIP litigation in terms of flex time (ability to stop/start work throughout day, work at 2 am if needed, etc)

For example.. in PIP Litigation I can review my suits at 2 am if needed (as a result of having a rough day or other emergency) and still be in compliance

I just left a very toxic work place.
The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. It felt like a used car sales pitch, I was sold a dream but given junk. I am constantly replaying moments. I have read so many books and everything leads to they were the problem. Can you please give your valuable opinion between choosing a Tier 1 well established organization (Capegemini) vs a Start-up with 60 employees for a Project Management role with 4 YoE.

Considering:
1. Startup is offering more learnings & package than Capegemini.(The start-up is in Blockchain domain)
2. Capegemini offers better infrastructure, established process, stability, much more. ( Package and position is lower)

Abandoning Green Card
Has anybody experience in giving up the LPR status after leaving the US for work and residency in another country/homecountry? I come from a low tax country and wonder whether Uncle Sam will send a final tax bill or penalty fee or even make it difficult/impossible for me to abandon the GC once I will leave the US again.
