Sacklers made a rookie mistake of not starting with a big4. Had they come to us, our partners would have recommended a phased digital transformation journey to enhance value maximization and increase share of wallet. We’d do this by implementing SAP, Workday, and Salesforce using power point based accelerators to create a 360 degree view of the customer that empowers the frontline, increases loyalty and enhance employee collaboration. We’d still be in pilot assuming start date similar to McK.

I’m currently in ERP and really want to get into cloud. Currently hold the Azure Fundamentals, AWS SAA, and GCP security certs. Any suggestions on what I can do to increase my chance to get into cloud?

What should I say? I got an offer from one company for 18 LPA (fixed) + 2 LPA (variable). After one week, I got another offer for 21 LPA fixed from a small UK based company.

Now the first recruiter messaged me on whatsapp to ask if I got another offer. What should I say to her? I have just 20 days left in my notice period.

I was Listening to a podcast today about people in US tech getting rich from 50k to 100k of annual RSUs in the US that vest over 3 to 5 years then making millions when the company exits.

Wondering if there are similar opportunities in Canada or is it less common to receive a decent amount of equity here?
