Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?
Hello,
I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently
.Net full stack

McKinsey & Company Does working at a McKinsey subsidiary or specialist practice open doors similar to working in generalist consulting there? McKinsey & Company Has any industry experienced candidates pivot to MBB Engagement Manager before? My roommate works at FAANG as Senior Analyst (Ops, 6+ YOE) and was approached by McKinsey & Company recruiter for an EM role. He hasn’t done consulting before. Would this be too much of a risk? His goal is to pivot to PE S&O eventually.

Salesforce easy, I could see why PWC might look good in the short term but with RSUs in the next promo I think its a no brainer. Seems like they're already well versed in Mulesoft and can go back to consulting if they really want to. Good for your friend, lot of great options
Ya was wondering the same . M2 jump seems tempting for sure but she comes from the industry so its harder
Sfdc anytime! Best company of the 4

Salesforce no question. But why assume no bonus at PwC or Salesforce?
Pwc has a 25k joining bonus and a 10 percent bonus .
Cannot negotiate a bonus for Salesforce as she already signed it
Big 4 you don’t have wlb go with salesforce
This ^
If you calculate the probable rate per hours worked, Salesforce is the obvious best choice.

Would do Salesforce as you can always come back to consulting. Also, it’s been accepted - so would burn a bridge to reneg
Asking for a friend as I wasn't sure what to advice her.
She also wanted me to explicitly mention that she has a toddler so perspective on wlb would be very helpful
Current firm - a smaller consulting company
Meant to post earlier : location is Atlanta
Salesforce for all the benefits. Pretty sure she could negotiate signing bonus or higher salary if that many offers in hand
No they already filed the h1 so I doubt she can negotiate anymore.
Do you guys think she can still.negotiate Salesforce or lost cause with negotiation?
Rising Star
Negotiate, they’ll say no that’s ask
Is she technical or functional?
Mulesoft - technical

Acumen solutions != Salesforce
I believe they are basically Salesforce and will become more so overtime. They have all Salesforce employee benefits and are within professional services/roll up to Lori Steele

It is not guaranteed she will get promoted at acumen solutions. Therefore I would go to Pwc
Do you work at sf?
guess PWC has 80 % travel commitment
They will get you committed to travel. It will be there in the offer letter too. And beyond that the travel is returning back soon mid summer. One of my friends in pwc revealed this
So what was your friends final decision
She is happy at Salesforce! She recently got promoted as well and a base jumo to 165k :) However, she got no RSUs granted, which I still find weird.
