Since I know all the benefits staying and experiencing cold feet on movi g out of known ground , expecting ppl to explain or help with their experience out of tcs after 10+ years

I left TCS two months after completing almost a decade…you will feel like staying back initially but believe me it is just a matter of 2-3 months and you will get comfortable in the new organisation as well.

Hi tcs has promised 6L hike .. so if it stay i stand to get the 6+A band.
Now i still don't know if the 6 is an incentive variable or to CTC directly .
With all that still my offer outside is 7-8 lakh higher

Curious if any pointers? how do you transisition successful from PM/PgMg to Product based role - would assume you would have stronger domian or technology experience
Yes , I have been in the current domain for 7 yrs , have done product role certification , worked in product role for a year as a product owner . That's the best part in TCS you can work on any role that one wants to experience
Suggest you to move on since for 12 yrs it's time to challenge new rather than getting into comfort zone now... also pay can go till 30l at this time.

L1 also it's not in ur hands or company's it all about lick of u get visa. And more over tcs doesn't pay good at onsite. I do not know how much L1 will get bit I know abt H1B n we can earn same in India now. They will tell what ever they can now but u cannot belive anything since it's not in thier Handa this is what u wil hear from them later it's not in our hands we initiated that was only in our hands 😂😂

Sorry for hijacking this thread. But does TCS provide onsite (US) opportunities right now? If you were to bargain between H1B Visa and salary hike in India, which one would you choose?

Leave man, you will be able to fetch 30+ easily. Don't remain in TCS.
Sir as you are experienced with TCS, I am just got selected in tcs with 7.1 lpa (experience of 2.8 years) from wipro. So my question is do they are offering me good compensation or should I fight more?I will put papers now.

Hey can you please share your exp, I mean did you move out or accepted TCS offer? I've also the same situation, completed 10 yrs in TCS and my CTC is below 9LPA, after resignation project offered both hike and onshore but I can't trust them blindly. Also heard that from march onwards retention is on hold.
After clearing technical round in cognizant HR told me they can give only 28.90 with manager designation as that is the maximum budget.
My current package is 23.5 and yoe 10.
Will it be a good deal?
