2 years in with Management Liability UW with prior financial analyst/accounting experience looking to go to either a new carrier or potentially be a broker. The safe option is just to look for a pay bump at a carrier but for the broker route what should I expect to be similar and different? Also looking for overall advice on what to expect day to day and for managing books of business/meeting goals if it’s similar to UW. I’d say I’m fairly extroverted so that’s why broker interests me too.
