Do y’all still wear suits and ties at MBB or business casual when meeting with clients?

How do you all deal with a boss that is “always right” and asking 21 questions to every action you make? Currently looking for other positions with better work culture but for the time being they are my boss.

HBS admit - 65-70% aid (tuition only) or MBB sponsorship (full tuition and rent). What would you pick? Long term goals don’t involve being at MBB and want to try getting into VC. Have enough savings / stocks that I can liquidate to cover the remaining 30-35% that aid wont cover. Will take loan for “day to day spending” (60-80K) on top of that. International student (Asian). What’s the consensus on tattoos in the insurance workplace? I’m in leadership and considering exploring my options due to recent personnel changes. I work remote and have arm sleeves, and any time I would be in-person I’d of course wear a long sleeve shirt to be professional, but worry about a cuff rolling up and tattoos being somewhat visible. Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Hi all, I am a 4th year chemistry PHD student (International/Indian) and will surely finish in about a year, around Aug23. It can work for pharma (Merck, Pfizer, GSK etc.) as a scientist. However, I recently learnt that consulting firms particularly MBB also hire PHDs from diverse background. I am wondering what steps can I take in a year to do the transition if its possible? Or do I need to get some big brand name on my CV to do the transition?

What do you do with a senior manager who seemed lost all the time? Granted he is new in the engagement - we both are. Hi all! I have interviews at BCG coming soon and I need to get up to speed on case interview preparation. I’ve never had MBB case interviews before and I’ve just started my preparation on crafting cases.
