Listen, I love you. Slide on in to my DMs and let's make me a stay-at-home dad
No offense, but you’re way overpaid for your years of experience.
Nicely done though! Just know you probably won’t see a big increase if you were to leave your job soon
@CD1 not completely true, actually.
One of the things that comes with seniority is experience. Having gone through problems and knowing how to face them. That takes time, which has nothing to do with how good you are.
What the what
It's not how many years you've done, it's what you've done with them. 6 years ago I was an intern making $150 a week. I make $210K now because of the work I've done.
Of course there is valuable experience you gain with time, but I was responding to the person saying OP was overpaid.
Also, time is no guarantee that you'll learn. I've known plenty of people with 20+ years who haven't learnt how to manage or give creative feedback etc.
heyyyy what agency i wanna hang
Agency
Daaaaaamn yooo, mad props, I wish I made that loot 6 years out of college.
Humblebrag much?
Not goodby. Not vbp. So I guess I understand why they had to pay you more than you probably should be making for your experience level.
Tech or agency?
