After 1st round of interview in Deloitte Qatar followed by Online test, Reference and Background check.

I am waiting for the response now. It is been a week or more than that.

I just wanted to know the possibility of getting hired now. If anyone can assist me with this please assist me with some positive comments.

Does Bank of America (BA Continuum) send rejection letter? Had my technical interview last week and no response from HR.

Heard from recruiter that my onsite feedback was very strong and hiring manager thought I would be a great fit, but they went ahead with an internal candidate doing similar role with an adjacent team.

She mentioned that there is another very similar role open, and she will speak to the recruiter of that role about me. Has anyone seen that work or was she being nice? If not, I might as well apply to this new role online and give it a shot. TIA

What is your job title? As it right now I’m managing a team of product owners and I’m unofficially being called “Chief Product Owner.” I’m in the process of working with a coach to get my resume updated so I can begin applying for external roles. But I don’t even know what job titles to target.

Is it better to use the “apply through LinkedIn” function on company recruiting websites, or to upload your own resume? I sort of like how much info my LinkedIn offers, but my resume is nice and neatly designed and more concise. Thoughts?

28M. First time solo travel 3 week trip to Spain coming up. Flying Royal Air Maroc from US. They’re allowing 2 check in bags and 1 carry on. However, I want to travel light and am trying to avoid check in bags completely. Any tips, tricks for GMAT and using Magoosh effectively? I’m a month-ish out of test day, and using Magoosh... my practice test says 660 (although I did much higher on GMAT math than Magoosh math).

ORM 740 GMAT, 3.1 GPA from Top 10 Public, Tier 2 -> Tech in Finance with 4 YOE. Would it be a reach to get into UCLA, Yale, or Berkeley?

Don't own a personal laptop; always use my work laptop for everything. I see people recommending Dell XPS or Lenovo Thinkpad but do you really need that for school? My plan was to just get a run of the mill laptop to use for excel and ppt...what else do i need it for?

I applied to six schools (HSW, Sloan, Kellogg, Booth) in R1.

I didn’t apply to Haas in R1 and due some personal situations, now prefer it over some of the other schools I applied to because I wouldn’t need to relocate from the Bay Area.

If I get into a school in R1, how long do I have to decide? anyone ever give up an R1 spot they got in to to go to another school admitted in R2?

I have received an offer to work with another big 4 in London as manager with their consulting team starting June. The role is definitely a step up in terms of responsibilities from my current role as a senior consultant. Do you think it might hamper my business school application changing jobs so close to round 1? Have been at D for 4 yrs
