5 Years of Experience Senior DevOps Engineer, Close to 23 LPA (fix+variable) working in a product based company.

Is my current composition justified? If not what is the max I can expect based on my skills, experience and industry?

Excellent troubleshooting and investigation skills, Good in system designs and architecture. Highly skilled iin containers (kubernetes, docker, helm, compose) CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, CodeBuild etc), Linux, AWS Cloud, Container Supply Chain Security, Multi tenancy from DevOps perspective, Maintaining reliability of large scale infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code.

This is justified. I personally know 3-4 people, 5-6 yrs in devops and Cloud, similar tech stack, lie between 22-24 lpa.
This is on a higher end.
Now, they're really struggling get 30 lpa at 6 yrs. So, I'd say keep on trying but you are doing very well. Best wishes.

Hi Fishes please help

HR has provided 2 options -

13.5 fixed + 2 jb (1 in the first month & 1 after 1 year)

14 fixed + 1 jb

Is there any catch, what should I prefer?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I’m not at ACN anymore so not looking for ACN-specific advice.

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. My question is those currently in an HR role, would this move make sense to you?

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?
