You likely heard that the liquidity on the market almost dried up Thursday, causing what would have likely been a crash. Please understand this is because some hedge funds took an extremely risky bet, on margin,with unlimited downside and then refused to capitulate and take the loss. They dragged it out until the loss would be so large it would take down the marketmakers, if they had to absorb the loss.

Does anyone use the Alight Smart Connect FSA at your firm?
