A colleague told me that one of their clients redid their contracting process to go from 40+ vendors submitting candidates to only 1 vendor. So, she has an upcoming end of contract date but doesn’t know who the winning vendor is.

Question to Leadership: to maintain status quo on your operations, should your new vendor pick up your current contracted staff? Or is it better to do the knowledge transfer/retraining of new contractors with the winning vendor?

So my team currently uses onenote to house all of our SOPs and reference guides, but it’s becoming a monstrosity and it’s really hard to search and navigate. What programs do you use to provide your team with resources? Or is there some trick to onenote organization that we are missing maybe?

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.
