A long shot but would any friendly Boston Consulting Group fish be willing to help a girl out with a referral or advice?
I completed the interview process about a month ago. My recruiter called yesterday to tell me that she was shocked that they actually moved the role to another city and asked if I would relocate. I said I can’t but I’d travel monthly. She has to run this by the team. ’m panicking and I’m wondering if a referral would help push me through to the end??? Idk. Sos.
I don’t think referrals do anything except get your foot in the door at the start - sounds like you had a good process though so best of luck!

Feel free to DM. However A1 is right; a referral is top if the funnel and just solidly lands you in the process. Don't think I world gave any bearing at this point. That being said - nothing to panic about; seems like it's not in your hands at the moment and just depends on the business requirements

I’m a bit confused. It doesn’t sound like it’s a traditional CT role. It also sounds like a referral won’t do anything for you, in this case
