Or #BestMondayEver?
You know what is a #worstmondayever? No raises because you work at a nonprofit, the govt, or a place that cannot afford to give you one.
Seriously, man, it did not occur to me that it would come out sunday night- the same way that those stupid scatter plots did
This is the equivalent of waiting for final exams

Can't be any worse than the EY bonuses I've been hearing about.
Have you ever noticed how all of our companies are on all of the lists for top employers who retain top talent?
What do u make D2? Just curious on how someone can be upset to make.... More money. Even if the bump is small, it's still money. My mother in law works for the state and said she hasn't received a raise in like 7 years. #appreciatewhatchagot
I would just look at them with a good stiff drink. Everything looks better with a martini!
Yes EY's bonus payout this year is awful, me 1.5%, embarrassing to say the least, wonder why our best and brightest bolt
All - the only way to get a real raise is to talk to your SLL, otherwise you are going to max out that a 10k bump. Based on what I saw Monday, after my convo with my RSLL its looking like a 30% adjustment
Well true D3, it is all relative. However, I think part of the problem is the travel and the headaches consultants put up with too. I am sure your mother in law has headaches too but she also gets to be home at the end of the day. That said, a2% increase is nothing for some and a lot for others.
I get to be home everyday as I'm federal (we also get paid less) however I know I make plenty more than people in other industries. If ur traveling 100% of the time I do feel for you, but also think that you'll never be satisfied with the salary bump and should be focusing only on the promotions where you get the healthy raises
D3- I am appreciating what I have as evidenced by my comment above about how working somewhere that doesn't give raises is actually a bad Monday. I am very underpaid though. I am 30 with a masters from a too strategic school making $70k and my utilization was 104% with taking all holidays and PTO.
@D2 What practice and level? That isn't the norm.
Federal and they brought me in at too low of a level- i have analyst in my title. Working to adjust it now. Yeah, def not the norm- other people doing the same tasks as me with the same levels of education are making $20-30k more than me. The wage gap is real.
@d2 what scatter plot o_O
