A question to guys who work in Big 4s, what exactly do you feel proud of when you say you work at a Big 4?

For those who have gone from one big 4 to another…was it frowned upon by your superiors/looked at as a slap in the face, even if your intentions are to leave on good terms?

Boston Audit Senior 1 to FDD Senior 1, P Dubs has given me a verbal confirmation they’re giving me the offer. What should I expect for salary range at Big 4 if I end up actually getting one and is there room for negotiation in FDD? Just don’t wana underprice myself.

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Cost of living is going from bad to worse in Tier 1 cities. How are people working in non IT industry coping?
