Hi Guys,
I have joined Ofss 1 week back and on second day itself I was allocated to project and onboarding WIP I received mail stating to report back to office 3 days per week under hybrid work model policy.Is this compulsory my base location is 2600 km from my current location as I am joining the citi project its seems difficult for me to grasp things though I have only 1 yr of prior exp by I think my team is expecting a lot so moving to new city and learning at same time is not possible .
Could she BE any happier?

I think you could approach it by giving them a sense of the insight and the problem you were tasked to solve in a concise write-up. But I wouldn’t send another agency’s brief verbatim.
Hard pass. You can send them something that is basically the same as what a lot of people put in their portfolios, which is problem: X, solution: x… just something that shows what the general core of a brief might have been and how you guys solved the issue. But this is dumb for them to ask for this
Pro Tip: Discuss the demographics and insight that lead to the work.
But literally tell them that as an an employee you are bound by an NDA and you take those very seriously, so you cannot share the brief.
If the recruiter has a brain, he/she will immediately respect you for that response and know that you’d make a great employee for their agency.

It’s fine to describe the brief, but no way can you share it. That’s confidential and privileged info.
Sucks to say this but it feels like they don’t believe you thought of the idea. Maybe move on. Prob not the right place for you.
