Hey guys, Since I am working in Deloitte and right now, I am working from home. I want to go Nepal for 2 months and I want to work from there. Do I need to tell my manager or simply I can go there and start my work. Is there any obligation?
Note- I don't want to tell anyone. Since it may backfire sometimes
Do any of the MBB’s do DD for VC clients?
I been having dreams…

Don't burn bridges unless you have other ways across.
However, look for other recruiters and be proactive.
Don’t be snarky. They are working with lots of folks and can sometimes mix up notes or see if you are willing to do something different. If they are your only recruiter so far, it sounds like you should add another one or two into the mix. Just keep track of where each submits you, along with any self-submitted firms.
I’ve unfortunately worked with many recruiters and while all of them have been unsatisfactory or disappointing in one way or another, no one has ever completely ignored my emails twice. He was very responsive initially (to the point where he would email me and then immediately follow up on LinkedIn to make sure I saw his message), so this behavior now feels blatantly disrespectful. The latest LinkedIn message was also a generic in-mail message that he probably blasted to anyone with a remotely relevant background :/
I wouldn't waste my energy on him or with a snarky reply. Work with someone else. If you've been unlucky for a long period of time (e.g., six months) with recruiters, try a career coach to see if you need to tweak your approach. If you're a woman, I know one who works with female attorneys. She's even gotten lawyers who were stealth laid off jobs within 6 months.
Could you please DM me her name? Thank you!
