Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Your age isn't as relevant as where you're at in life. Do you have a family, home, other financial obligations? If not, the stakes aren't as big. But if you're like me and do, you'll probably want something safer.
Yeah I think also you have to consider if you think the business model will succeed. There is inherent risk with startups that they will change, be bought, or fail. That being said I went from a large company to a startup and felt like 3x the engineer I was before. Because of the small teams of highly motivated individuals around me, I was held to a higher standard and it made me work so much harder while still enjoying it. Of course like the other commenter said it’s more about how much risk you’re taking, but if you don’t have obligations and can handle the risk then it can be worth the experience of building something from the ground up.

It depends on your appetite for uncertainty. Some people take that risk earlier when responsibilities outside work are lighter. Others prioritise stability. Both approaches can work depending on personal priorities.
This is a scary time to be taking any kind of risk. With that being said, there likely is no guarantee of stability at your current job either. Mass layoffs are an almost daily occurrence in the industry. I would need more information, but I would lean towards taking the risk.
