I am in a process of receiving offer from citi, its almost 43% hike on cctc.
What is the appraisal cycle in citi? and if I dont complete a year before appraisal ,is there any default hike that they provide?

This is my first offer and I dont want to go for any service based companies. Citi is a good firm according to me and I dont want loose the offer because of over negotiating

Yeah it's a joke. We could just be Associates for two years and then Senior like every other firm but no, we have to make the jump to "experienced" associate first and wait three for senior.
Yeah that's where I'm struggling.. I'm trending towards Senior but I'm not really happy for the standard B4 reasons. I figured maybe since this is a larger company they'd have decent advancement opportunities l.
Go for it if your are unhappy at your current role. Long term you will progress quickly in B4 atleast till Manager level

Since when did FB start entertaining the nonsense that is the “experienced” associate/senior associate title. That’s just you branding yourself as someone who has had to deal with literally everybody else’s shit for a longer amount of time than regular associates.
Fixed assets... yikes... try to find a position with broader responsibilities
