About to get an offer from DoorDash for manager - strategy & ops team .the HR told me
Base : 150-160
Equity : 200-220k

Isn’t this really low for manager ? My current TC at Google is around 300k for the same location.

I was expecting 200 base and 400 equity.. but not sure if that’s too high .. I have 6-7 years exp & a Grad degree.
